Course Info

History

The course was opened in 1957 and initially only for the employees of the Durban Deep Gold Mine. The course is now open to the public and we welcome all visitors and golfers of ALL skill levels.

Our aim is to grow the game of golf and to provide the kind of atmosphere where all golfers can enjoy the game. 

The Course

Durban Deep is a 9-hole parkland type course, set on the premises of the Durban Deep Gold Mine. The course was designed in 1957 by the Durban Deep Mine, but since then many improvements and changes have been made.
